Understanding Modora Credits

What are credits?

Credits are Modora's universal unit for measuring how much AI processing and cloud compute your request requires. The larger, more complex, or higher-quality your task, the more credits it will consume.

How do credits work?

Credits are deducted only while a job is actively running. They are calculated from two factors:

• Feature type – e.g. Full Remodel, Replace Object, Shoplook…
• Output quality – Low, Medium, or High

Browsing completed results or downloading finished images never costs extra. If a task fails due to a technical issue on our side, the credits used are automatically refunded.

How to get more credits?

1 · Subscription plans

Credits refresh automatically on your billing date.

• Standard Plan – 150 credits / week · 700 credits / month · 6000 credits / year
• Premium Plan – 400 credits / week · 1600 credits / month · 13000 credits / year

2 · One-time credit packs

Need an extra boost? Pick any of these add-on bundles:

• 300 credits pack
• 800 credits pack
• 2000 credits pack

Will my credits expire?

• Credits are spent in this order: free → subscription → one-time packs.
• Subscription credits (weekly, monthly, yearly) are automatically refreshed on the same day your subscription started.
• Free and One-time credits never expire.
